Alula Website Design
Overview
Alula Technologies started redesigning its current website to enable the modernisation and digitalisation of the financial services business and its processes.
The goal of this project was, and still is, to identify any usability issues with every release and determine the critical features to prioritise for the product's next iteration.
Background
Alula Technologies is a global technology group, providing clients in insurance, healthcare, and employee benefits with technologies to help them better understand risk and improve customer and employee experiences.
I joined SilverBridge, part of Alula Technologies, as a UX designer in 2019 as the only designer in the product development team. I am responsible for leading UX across key parts of the product development side of our product.
I've grown tremendously in the time I've been at Alula, some key achievements are listed here.
